Processing activity: International Department (SGPIIRI) events, seminars, and communications.
Purpose: Control of attendance to the Event "Fostering Ibero-American Scientific Collaboration for a Sustainable Future: Health and Climate Change" organised by Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII).
The event will take place on February 25th and 26th, from 9:00 am to 18:00 pm, in the ISCIII premises.
Purpose: To register individuals for events, seminars, meetings, and other similar activities of their interest to which they have voluntarily subscribed. The data included in the registration/subscription forms will be analyzed by ISCIII to understand the type of audience interested and improve the targeting of future events, seminars, and other activities, thereby increasing the impact of its initiatives.
Legitimation: consent for one or more purposes (RGPD 6.1.a)
Recipients: The data will not be transferred to third parties unless legally obliged to do so.
Retention: For no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing and/or for as long as there are legal requirements that dictate their custody.
